MasterFoods has been a much-loved staple in Australian kitchens since 1945. In 2020, Bite was engaged to help celebrate the brand’s 75th anniversary.

Kitchens harbour fond memories of family and happy times. In 2020, many of us were yearning for simpler, happier times, (and also spending a lot more time in our kitchens).

To reinforce MasterFoods as a much loved dinner time brand, we delved into the archives to pull out a collection of amusing past television and print advertisements and forgotten family MasterFoods favourites.

Tapping into nostalgia let Australians take a walk down memory lane while simultaneously celebrating just how far we’d come as a nation in the kitchen.

The campaign delivered extensive mainstream media coverage, including television and online news. The coverage highlighted MasterFoods’ long-standing role in Australian kitchens, reinforcing it as a much-loved dinner time brand and protecting its relevance to the category.
